Take the Garden State Parkway North to Exit 74 (Lacey Road). At the end of the exit, make a right onto Lacey Road and proceed past shopping center on left. The Southern Ocean Center for Health is located on the left, just beyond the Manchester Avenue traffic light, next to the WaWa.

From Toms River & Points North Via Parkway:

From Toms River, Bayville & Points North Via Route 9:
Take Route 9 South to Lacey Road. Make a right onto Lacey Road. Follow Lacey Road north past lake Barnegat Drive North and Green Thumb nursery on right. Once you pass Green Thumb nursery, the Southern Ocean Center For Health is located on the right before the next traffic light (At Manchester Ave.)
