From Forked River, Manahawkin and Points North:

Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 58 (Route 539). At the stop sign at the end of the exit, make a left onto Route 539 South (heading toward Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton). Proceeed on Route 539 South to Route 9. At the Route 9 traffic light, make a right onto Route 9 South. Follow Route 9 South past McDonalds (on left) and through traffic light. Continue on Route 9 South to the next traffic light (Mathistown Road) and make a left onto Mathistown Road. The Southern Ocean Center for Health is located on the right, past the Little Egg Harbor branch of the Ocean County Library.
